By using the ematchusa.com website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and agreements for as long as you continue to be a member. Whether or not you are a member of this site, your continued use of this website constitutes your acceptance of this agreement. The Terms are subject to change at any time by ematchusa.com or its provider D&D Web Enterprises, Inc., effective upon posting a link to our website or receiving an email from us with the new terms and agreements whether you open it and read it or not.

Pricing of Memberships

Change the site including, removing or discontinuing any content on or feature of this site

We reserve the right to terminate any membership, without refund, at any time, for any reason with written notice sent to email provided to us. If the email address is invalid the termination will take place without notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately any member who is in breach of this agreement without refund of any membership paid to date and for future use.

Membership Eligibility & Terms: As a member you agree that all the information that you provide is true, accurate, and up to date. Your membership with ematchusa.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not allow others to use your membership and you may not transfer your account to another person or entity. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited whether or not you have parental consent. You agree not to engage in any illegal activities on or from use of any information obtained on this site. Ematchusa.com and provider D&D Web Enterprises, Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for the actions of its members on or off the site.

Section 1.5: You agree not to post on emathusa.com or transmit to any ematchusa.com member, or staff either on or off site any abusive, obscene, racial, offensive, threatening, harassing, illegal material, profane, inaccurate, defamatory, sexually oriented, or any material that infringes or violates another party’s rights, (Including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights and rights of privacy and publicity). There will be absolutely no porn, child porn, animal porn, or porn of any kind posted to ematchusa.com. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any member who tries to post or communicate to other members any such offensive and/or illegal material and without refund of membership fees.

Termination Agreement with Renewal Policy: This agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are a member or use this site continuously as a non member. Memberships can be terminated by the user at anytime but will remain in effect until the membership period paid for is expired. There will be no refunds for early termination either by the user or the discretion of ematchusa.com or its provider D&D Web Enterprises, Inc. Even after termination you agree to section 1.5 in the membership eligibility & terms section of this agreement.

Renewal will not be automatic. We will send a notification prior to termination or suspension of service. It is your responsibility to renew your membership fees. We will keep your membership for one month after suspension of service under our free membership terms or until you are renewed. After the one month and you do not renew your membership your profile will be deleted and you will have to sign up again to continue service.

Member ID & Password: Your member ID & Password is solely your responsibility to maintain, remember, and keep from others or other members of the ematchusa.com website. We my refuse to accept any Member ID for any reason, including that the proposed Member ID impersonates someone else, is or may be protected by trademark or copyright, is vulgar or offensive, or may cause confusion, be illegal, or otherwise infringes on other person or entity’s rights, as we determine in our sole discretion. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of you member ID and password and for any and all activities that are conducted thorough your account. If for any reason you feel your account is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password by updating your account information. You can do this in your account section of your main user page after your log into ematchusa.com. You are to immediately notify us at support@ematchusa.com with any unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breach of security. Make sure you exit from your account at the end of each session. Use caution when accessing your account from public or shared computers so that others are not able to view or record your personal information or password.

Content Posted to/on ematchusa.com website:

• You are solely responsible for any material and messages that you publish or display on ematchusa.com website or via the service, or transmit to other members.
• By posting or displaying any content to any area of ematchusa.com you automatically represent and warrant that you have the right to grant an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, display, distribute and sell such information and content. You also agree not to infringe on the rights of any person or entity by posting or displaying content on the website.
• You many not post any obscene, illegal, harassing, slandering, racial, threatening, or offensive content of any kind on ematchusa.com.
• You understand that ematchusa.com can delete any, messages, photos, videos, audio, or any other content posted, in whole or in part and is the sole discretion of ematchusa.com and its provider D&D Web Enterprises, Inc.
• You may not use ematchusa.com to engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the service. You will not send any junk mail, spam, or chain letters to other members. Ematchusa.com reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which another Member may send to other Members in a 24 hour period by the sole discretion to a number that ematchusa.com deems appropriate.
• You may however contact ematchusa.com for information on our link exchange program. Contact info is links@ematchusa.com.
• WARNING: It is possible that other Members or users (including unauthorized users, and/or hackers) may obtain personal information about you due to the use of the service and may use the information to harass or harm you. It is also possible that other Member or users (including unauthorized users, and/or hackers may post or transmit offensive materials on the website they you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. Ematchusa.com, it’s provider D&D Web Enterprises, Inc, and its affiliates, are not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may chose to disclose on the website or using the service.
• You are to use the advice in the advice section at your own risk. The advice section is for entertainment purposes only. Member Disputes: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other ematchusa.com members. We at ematchusa.com reserve the right to monitor disputes between you and other Members but are under no obligation to do so.

Proprietary Rights in Content: Ematchusa.com and is provider D&D Web Enterprises, Inc. are not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements by our members. You may not in any way copy, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, distribute or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks or other protected proprietary information without the express written consent of the owner of such materials.

Disclaimers (no warranties): The website and services are provided “as-is”. Ematchusa.com, D&D Web Enterprises, Inc. and its affiliates (Including web host) does not warranty uninterrupted or error free service, and grants no warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, in connection with the service or in connection with any communication with Ematchusa.com or D&D Web Enterprises, Inc or their representatives. You acknowledge that the use of service is at your own risk. We do not endorse or represent the accuracy or reliability of any member profile (even profiles in which we may present to you as a potential or perfect match to your pre-selected search criteria).

Ematchusa.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, software, failure of email or players due to technical problems, computer equipment or any other technical problem that my effect connection or service. We are not responsible for any damages caused by theft or destruction of unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or Member communications.

Ematchusa.com, D&D Web Enterprises, Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for the conduct from any Member on or off the site. You understand that Ematchusa.com and D&D Enterprises, Inc. cannot be responsible for any third parties, acting illegally; to access your account and that ematchusa.com, and D&D Web Enterprises, Inc. cannot be responsible for this risk or other third party illegal activities. Under no circumstances will ematchusa.com and its provider D&D Web Enterprises, Inc., or any of their affiliates, advertisers, or promoters, be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of the website or service, or any interactions between users of the website, whether online or offline.

Disputes: To resolve any complaints, issues, or disputes with the site, you need to contact support@ematchusa.com. You agree that any disputes with ematchusa.com or D&D Web Enterprises, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and you expressly agree and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of the State of Florida, in Ft. Myers or Lee County, for the resolution of any such dispute.
